Merdeka: From Corporate Paycheck to Purpose with AI

Welcome everyone, and thanks for being here. 

Quick personal story: three years ago I stumbled onto Midjourney and thought, “Whoa—this is big.” Soon after I discovered ChatGPT—and realized it was even bigger. I could see how AI would change the world, and honestly, how it could change my life. That’s why I started my page and dove deep into using AI tools every day.


Since then, I’ve spent the last few years testing AI in real workflows—marketing, reporting, customer support, and operations—and sharing what actually works. I started with small demos on my page, then built playbooks and live workshops, and eventually helped teams standardize what used to be messy, manual tasks. My test is simple: does it save time, improve accuracy, and keep us compliant? If yes, it stays. If not, we fix it or drop it.


I’m Hazwan Hassan, and I help teams turn AI from “interesting” into “this actually saves us time and money.” I started Neuramerge because I’m happiest when I’m with people—mapping real workflows, cutting the fluff, and making sure everyone leaves with tools they can use the same day. If you want measurable, practical wins, that’s my lane.


My background sits between operations, corporate, training, analytics, and program building. I’m hands-on: designing prompts and SOPs, setting QA checks, and building templates so good work becomes repeatable. I care a lot about responsible use too—governance and compliance, the boring-but-important pieces that make adoption stick.
